One of the things which makes us different from other services is that you are at the heart of everything we do.
We have a Connexions Advisory Board which is made up of young people living in Oldham, they advise us on how they think the service should be run, and even get involved in helping to recruit and select our staff. As well as this they enjoy fun activities such as days out, and weekends away.
