E2E can help you get where you want to be, and its all about you. It looks at your needs and how you can move forwards. So, if you want a job, need training or want to go to college E2E will give you the skills and confidence to do this.
E2E is tailored to your individual needs you will get practical training linked to job skills, plus the opportunity to gain qualifications. The idea is to give you the skills and confidence you need to find a job, enter an apprenticeship, or go on to other learning.
There is a range of opportunities through tasters and work experience in everything from construction to hairdressing, administration to mechanics.

Can I do an Apprenticeship?
Apprenticeships are open to anyone aged 16-24 living in England and not taking part in full-time education. Practical skills count and your interest in the area of work you've chosen. Employers value keenness to work and learn.
